Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Lessons can help people with chronic pain to discover for themselves the easiest and most comfortable way to walk, turn, bend, straighten, sit & stand. Awareness Through Movement lessons that address breathing are also often helpful for chronic pain as breathing patterns can perpetuate discomfort. These lessons can also improve understanding of the nature of chronic pain and how to avoid movements and postures that cause the pain.
