Meditation
Meditation is an excellent way to relax, train and strengthen awareness, center and focus the self, quiet constant mind-chatter and relax the mindbody, calm the central nervous system, relieve stress, enhance self-esteem, reduce anxiety, alleviate depression and all forms of suffering. Evidence is mounting that this pillar of the universal spiritual culture, as it brings awareness to bear on all aspects of life, facilitates healing from within. Meditation instruction is tailored to each client in a pragmatic, non-judgmental way.

In addition to formal meditation practice, Bill teaches simple techniques that can be used "on the fly" to find a sense of calm and clarity in a chaotic situation.
