  4. Restorative Yoga to learn to release habitual tightness. 

  5. Meditation to illuminate habits of mind that can cause muscle holding patterns

  6. Somatic work from Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and Somatic Internal Family Systems to address muscular holding patterns.
